What is the after-service and guarantee period?
We offer a 12-month guarantee from the machine’s arrival at the buyer’s facility. Our professional team, equipped with experienced technicians, is available to provide abroad services and ensure optimal after-service to maximize the machine’s lifespan.
How is the machine delivered?
The machine can be shipped by both sea and air.
Do you supply all spare parts related to the machine?
Yes, we supply all spare parts related to the machine. If any parts experience wear and tear, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will provide and send the necessary parts by courier within 48 hours.
What are the payment terms?
Thank you for your support and interest in cooperating with us. The payment method can be 30% deposit in advance and 70% before shipment. A Letter of Credit (LC) is also acceptable.
