NMP-1200D Automatic Hard Capsule Filling Machine is suitable for small and medium-sized production.
The equipment features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable, with the upper and lower modules designed in a single row of 9 holes.
The turntable uses airtight technology, filling the interior with gas to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the turntable, preventing external powder from entering the inside.
The transmission mechanism’s center of gravity is lowered, significantly reducing vibration during operation and greatly improving the machine’s stability and service life.
The transmission cams are all grooved cams, rather than traditional external cams, increasing transmission force and reducing mechanical failures caused by vibration and spring fatigue.
The automatic lubricating system regularly lubricates each transmission part to reduce pollution from manual operation.
The feeding part interfaces use standard clamps, making loading, unloading, and cleaning more convenient.
