NJP-2500C Full Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Designed for medium-volume production.
The equipment features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable, with both the upper and lower modules designed in a double-row arrangement of 18 holes.
The turntable uses airtight technology, where the internal space is filled with gas, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside, preventing external powder from entering.
The center of gravity of the transmission mechanism is lowered, reducing vibrations during operation and enhancing machine stability and service life.
All transmission cams are grooved, replacing traditional external cams, increasing transmission force, and reducing failures caused by vibration or spring fatigue.
The automatic lubrication system periodically lubricates all transmission parts to reduce contamination from manual operations.
Standard clamps are used at all interfaces of the feeding part, making loading, unloading, and cleaning more convenient.
