The equipment features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable, with the upper and lower modules arranged in a double-row of 27 holes.
The turntable uses airtight technology, where the inside is filled with gas to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the turntable, preventing external powder from entering.
By lowering the center of gravity of the transmission mechanism, the machine significantly reduces vibration during operation, enhancing stability and extending the service life of the equipment.
All transmission cams are grooved cams, replacing traditional external cams. This design increases transmission force and reduces mechanical failures caused by vibration and spring fatigue.
The automatic lubrication system ensures regular lubrication of all transmission parts, minimizing pollution caused by manual operation.
The feeding section interfaces use standard clamps, making assembly, disassembly, and cleaning more convenient.
Visual glass panels are installed at the cleaning and capsule discharge stations, allowing easy observation of the machine’s operation. The main unit is equipped with intelligent remote control, enabling handheld operation for jogging and test runs after mold cleaning or equipment maintenance. This ensures ease of operation and safety for personnel.
