NJP-5500C Full Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

The equipment features a fully enclosed twelve-station turntable, with the upper and lower modules arranged in three rows of 40 holes.
The turntable uses airtight technology, filling the inside with gas to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside, preventing external powder from entering the turntable.
By lowering the center of gravity of the transmission mechanism, the machine significantly reduces vibration during operation, enhancing stability and extending the equipment’s service life.
All transmission cams are grooved cams, replacing traditional external cams. This design increases transmission force and reduces mechanical failures caused by vibration and spring fatigue.
The automatic lubrication system ensures regular lubrication of all transmission parts, minimizing pollution caused by manual operation.
The feeding section interfaces use standard clamps, making assembly, disassembly, and cleaning more convenient.
