NJP-7800C Full Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

The NMP-7800C fully automatic hard capsule filling machine is designed for large-scale production.
This equipment features a fully enclosed twelve-station turntable, with the upper and lower modules arranged in four rows of 55 holes.
The turntable uses airtight technology, filling the inside of the turntable with gas to create a pressure difference between the interior and exterior, preventing powder from entering the turntable.
By lowering the center of gravity of the transmission mechanism, it significantly reduces vibration during operation, greatly improving the machine’s stability and lifespan.
The transmission cams are all groove cams, replacing the traditional external cams, which increases transmission power and reduces vibration and mechanical failures caused by spring fatigue.
An automatic lubrication system regularly lubricates the transmission parts, reducing the risk of contamination from manual operation.
All interfaces in the feeding section use standard clamps, making assembly and cleaning more convenient.
The cleaning and capsule discharge stations have visual glass panels, allowing easy observation of the machine’s operation.
